Small house located in Locmaria-Plouzané, a small village in North Finistère, between Brest and Le Conquet, on fully enclosed grounds. The house is a cosy nest comprising a bedroom, a living room with double sofa bed, a shower room, a fitted kitchen opening onto the dining area.

Le village possède plusieurs commerces : boulangerie, supermarché, pharmacie, buraliste/bar, salon de coiffure, restaurants et permanence médicale. La maison, à proximité des plages de Porsmilin (1 km) ( Portez et Trégana) est confortable pour un couple avec un ou deux enfants.

Pour un très jeune enfant un lit parapluie, chaise haute, et poussette canne peuvent être fournis sur demande.
