Our family stone house, built in 1990, is located right in the center of Porspoder, 80 m from the village beach, with exceptional sea views.

First floor:
Large, bright living room (40 m²), with 3 French windows to the south and large bay window to the west with superb sea views, granite fireplace, large family table (8-10 people), leather armchair with footrest, rattan armchairs, 2-seater rattan sofa, solid wood coffee table.

TV , unlimited free wifi

3 French windows opening onto south and west-facing terrace, wooden garden table and chairs.

Separate, fully-equipped kitchen.

Bathroom and separate WC.

First floor: 4 bedrooms, bathroom, WC.

Basement with washing machine, dryer, shower, sink (space to be shared with owner).

Enclosed garden, 1 parking space on the property.

As this is our family vacation home, you'll find board games, DVDs, books, magazines... as well as all the tourist brochures for our beautiful region.

Free baby equipment on request: umbrella bed, bathtub, changing mat, baby-chair.

Non-smoking house. Dog: to be discussed with the owner.

No disabled access.

Offer reserved for families.

Parties and receptions not permitted.

Lodging in a small wooden outbuilding located on the property (not adjoining), the owner reserves the right to access and use the basement.

Ideal location for hiking: the mythical GR34 runs alongside the property.

Porspoder is opposite the Four and Ouessant lighthouses.

From the house you can walk 80m to the beach (only one one-way street to cross) for swimming, windsurfing, paddling, kayaking, spearfishing and fishing...

Porspoder's 3 other beaches are also nearby (5 to 10 min walk).

Porspoder's "plus": its wild side! The dunes are protected, as is the St Laurent peninsula owned by the Conservatoire du Littoral.

Nearby activities within 8 km: tennis, water sports centers, riding school, surfing school, fishing boats, diving center, Aber Ildut seaweed harbor (5 km from the house) with departures to Ouessant-Molène islands...

Excellent bakery/pastry shop and bike hire opposite the house.

Porspoder supermarket 200 m away, open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. 7 days a week, supermarket 10 km away.

Cookie shop 200 m away, 2 crêperies, 1 restaurant (seafood, fish) and 1 pizzeria within 2 km.

Additional welcome : Lodging in a small wooden outbuilding on the property (not adjoining), the owner, with her Labrador bitch, will share the use of the basement and garden with you.

Reception and departure are handled by the owner herself. In season, minimum 7-day rental, Saturday to Saturday.
