On the main square in Le Conquet, you won't want to miss Boucherie Marc. Dominique and Nathalie will introduce you to their signature Molène sausage (patented recipe). Trained as butchers, they work as locally as possible (fish arriving directly at the port of Le Conquet, pigs from local farms...).

You'll find my specialties in the store: Molène sausage smoked with seaweed (patented recipe for Molène sausage), andouille smoked with beechwood and seaweed, raw butcher's preparation.

We buy our animals in Brittany. The meats are then matured and cut with the utmost care. We pay particular attention to the quality and freshness of our products.
Our charcuterie is hand-crafted according to traditional Breton recipes.
We are part of Charcuterie Gourmande, a group of charcuterie caterers from Finistère who promote values such as authentic, local, home-made products.
