This gîte will seduce you with its comfort, landscaped garden and south-facing terrace.
Nearby, a hiking trail will take you to the Ploudalmézeau wildlife park. And nearby, the sea offers a wide range of activities (fishing, kite surfing, sand yachting, canoeing...)
The gîte is adjacent to the owners' house.
The house faces south, and you'll spend your afternoons on the terrace, enjoying a drink or a barbecue.
On the ground floor, you'll find a 26m² living room with kitchenette and wood-burning stove, where you can spend evenings by the fire. This room has retained all its authenticity with its beautiful stonework and exposed beams. A shower room and toilet complete the ground floor facilities.
Upstairs, you'll find warmly decorated bedrooms, the first with a king-size bed (160x200) for parents, the second with two single beds for children. A second bathroom with toilet is also on this floor. The gîte has a large private enclosed garden (planted, walled, fenced) with sitting area.
For the enjoyment of the whole family, several bicycles are available.
