The bar-tabac-brasserie "Le Neuf" opened last summer, opposite the town hall and La Poste, in Ploudalmézeau, replacing the former "Triskell". Gildas and Céline Offret are the new owners. They have completely renovated this Ploudalmézeau institution, adding a brasserie upstairs.
Céline and Gildas Offret have chosen to complement their customer offering with a brasserie. "Be careful, it's not fast food," explains Gildas, who offers a menu worthy of the best restaurants. The brasserie can seat 49 guests upstairs and 25 on the first floor.
