Moulin Neuf Botanical and Animal Garden

In Ploudalmézeau, just below the town center in the direction of Lannilis, the Jardin Botanique et animalier du Moulin Neuf welcomes you every day, with free admission.

. History, from garden to park
The Jardin Botanique et Animalier du Moulin Neuf is the story of the people of Ploudalmézeau. It was in 1978 that the commune purchased this several-hectare plot of land. Over the years, the fallow land was transformed into a magnificent botanical garden. Animals soon joined the project. Today, a team of motivated volunteers maintain the green spaces and care for the park's animals.

The garden features a pond, natural wetlands, streams and water gardens. To delight the senses, discover collections of roses, hydrangeas and fushias. A little further on, a large rock garden is home to a wide variety of succulent plants.

To the delight of young and old alike, domestic and non-domestic species live peacefully in the Parc du Moulin Neuf.
