Le Conquet, at the gateway to the IROISE Marine Park, offers the rare spectacle of a balance between preserved natural sites and harmonious development. Its dynamic town center is a good illustration of this balanced situation: between winter and summer, the population (2,600 in winter) increases fivefold, without tourism ever taking the place of the permanent economic activities of fishing and agriculture.

With 1,800 tonnes of crustaceans a year, the former is clearly a dynamic force, regulated by the prudence of professionals concerned in particular about restocking the seabed.

it's one of those rare places where you don't pass through, but go to. A bitter-sweet situation: once neglected and therefore preserved, it is now sometimes threatened because it is different.

The Maison de la Digue apartments (a 60m2 T3 on each floor) are served by a common central staircase, while the two 30m2 T1 apartments are on the ground floor. The house backs onto a south-facing courtyard and garden, which guests can use for barbecues and garden parties.
