Why choose this establishment?
Quéménès, a history ...
After being privately owned, most recently by the Tassin family since the 1960s, Quéménès became the property of the Conservatoire du Littoral in 2003. Thanks to the integration of state-of-the-art equipment, the farm on the island is now entirely self-sufficient in energy. Today, the development of its activities helps to maintain the island's landscapes and preserve its biodiversity, while making them accessible to all.
Amélie and Etienne and their son, tenants and sole inhabitants of Quéménès, grow vegetables and raise hardy Breton sheep.
You can enjoy the peacefulness of the place, discover the feeling of freedom so typical of the Illians and, if you wish, indulge in the luxury of a taste of boredom, conducive to feeling the full power of the elements that make up Quéménès.
