Rye or Segal Island beach

Very easy to access, popular with parents of young children at low tide. In fact, this beach offers water holes that allow young children and babies to splash about in complete peace and quiet. Beware of high tide! The currents are very strong around the island, so don't try to cross at this time, or play in the waves between the island and the beach.
