Cultivate your fitness and your taste for adventure, come and discover or rediscover rowing on the Trez Hir lake.
The Plougonvelin Sea Rowing Club offers morning and afternoon rowing lessons.
To the east, the beaches of Locmaria-Plouzané, the cliffs of Deolen and the Minou lighthouse. To the west, via the Bertheaume Fort, you'll assault the German batteries at Creac'h Meur and sometimes as far as the St Mathieu lighthouse!

Rowing is a very accessible activity on yawls, stable and welcoming boats, for the whole tribe or family on a coxed four, double-handed or single-handed. Rowing is an all-round sport that uses every muscle in the body in harmony. Rowing is neither physical nor technical. The sensation of gliding comes quickly.
Suitable for young people aged 10 and over and adults of any age. We also offer "Adventure sea rowing" tours.

Courses are supervised by a qualified rowing instructor. Courses are offered in the mornings and afternoons for 3 or 5 sessions of 2h30.

Recommended attire for outings on the water: Shoes that can go in the water, soles that are not too slippery, clothing that is not too loose so as not to impede arm movement.
