For a relaxing vacation, a house with a sea view in a pretty town at the tip of Finistère.
A very bright house offering all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay with family or friends.
Our house will enable you to enjoy a seaside holiday (family beach 500 m away, GR 34 hiking trail 350 m away)
Ideally located, you will appreciate its proximity to all amenities and the pier for the islands of Ouessant and Molène 800 m away.

The accommodation
House on cellar, fully renovated in 2022/2023, comprising on the second floor a living room opening onto a fully-equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, oven, induction hob, microwave), an entrance hall, a bedroom with a 160x200 bed and dressing room, a shower room with walk-in shower, separate wc
On the upper floor, 3 bedrooms (2 with a 160x200 bed and dressing room, the last with a 140x190 bed), a bathroom with bath, double washbasin and wc.
The cellar provides direct access to the garden and is also equipped with wc.

A room is reserved for the owners in the cellar, as well as a room on the second floor.
The 2 sheds at the bottom of the garden also remain off-limits, notably for security reasons.

Parking
Possibility of parking one vehicle in front of the garage and a second (or even 2) on the street in front of the property wall. Quiet street with little traffic.
