The bee of the Iroise Sea
Why choose this establishment?
I raise my bees with respect and kindness on the north coast of Finistère, opposite the island of Ouessant, in coastal villages such as Porspoder, Landunvez, Brélès and Plouarzel. My name is Charlotte, I'm 30 years old and I'd like to introduce you to the Finistère region through my honeys.
The different crus reflect the diversity and richness of our floral environment.
I harvest two polyfloral honeys a year, the first in spring and the second in summer. These harvests are carried out by apiary to reflect the identity of each terroir. The honeys are not mixed, so they reflect the specificity of each terroir.
I sell my honey in local grocery stores and at occasional markets. Direct sales are possible by calling me beforehand on 06 28 36 59 79.
In addition to the honey I harvest, I make my own gingerbread from other local products such as butter and flour, and I also offer workshops and events so that as many people as possible can spend an afternoon discovering the world of bees.
